Ahhhh!

For the paradigm people out there, it was cute when it was north vs south, minus the war.  The west east coasts vs middle and south gave me east west rap battle recalls.  But city vs country co-relation takes the cake, throws the old communist problems hand signal.  Like there is a lot of opportunity being able to move between the country and city, like this was ever a secret.  Reminds me of the 70s.  But less hit men, more private investigator, which is considerably less merciful.  Can anyone do country cyberpunk?  When Gibson does country, it seems more GTA 5 to me, but maybe that’s wrong on me.

Not just Rydell in particular, but the Bridge had all these scenes, like the (IIRC) lady in the trailer park who was convinced a handkerchief, blessed by a televangelist, could ward off AIDS.

I mean, I can see why you namecheck GTAV I guess (it's like an NPC Trevor would encounter in Blaine County)

What was the musician/dancer freak Chevelle had a run in with in ATP?

Redneck AF, on CP designer drugs...

Yeah, Bill did that.

Sure, sure.  Am I buying beer for people again?

Country like a demographic, like normal people grouped who will not drive into the city.
Not to equate this to country music, but people who line up to go line dancing.  Like Walmart radio where I have to listen to ‘how about those cow girls’ or the country cover of crue’s ‘don’t go away mad’.

like I want to park my bike and drink at the bar and be okay, but push ... books?

Anyway.

Everyone always says talking to someone helps, like in person, therapeutic. I don't know man, but I would mourn your absence.... I know this year has me travelling through some pretty dark places, and it has been harder than ever not to crawl back into a bottle. I get to finish 2020 having all my teeth pulled out, so, there. Be glad you can eat with your own teeth, you whippersnapper!

All jokes aside, this plague is giving us all a slow burning PTSD epidemic.

Happy New Year everyone and thank god this one's over!

I'm not optimistic about it, tbh. For the past few years people have been talking about how bad the year was and how things will improve with the new one. They haven't.

Some things will be better, but the cascading failure has started and will continue to increase in intensity and numbers.
